Your new role
We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivational leader to manage our Customer Delivery Centre. At The Sofa Delivery Company, we believe in building strong relationships, and we need someone who can lead by example, inspiring our team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As Customer Delivery Manager, you’ll take full operational and financial responsibility for the smooth running of the site. Leading a large team, you’ll oversee the delivery, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to our customer promise. You’ll use data to drive performance, manage costs, and work towards supporting our ESG goals.
- You have excellent customer service skills.
- You possess strong operational management, planning, and scheduling abilities.
- You can leverage data to review performance and inform decisions.
- You have exceptional people management skills and experience in inspiring great performance.
- You have experience managing a fleet of vehicles and a solid understanding of Transport Law.
- You have budget management experience.
