Nursing Home Clinical Lead – Care & Team Leader

Bupa is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager at Hog’s Back, Puttenham, Guildford. You will lead nursing care, support day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality care for residents. The role requires a registered nurse with an NMC pin and leadership experience.

You will develop care plans, monitor medication records, and manage staff rotas to maintain excellent service. Flexible engagement with occasional nights or weekends may be required.
