API Support & Onboarding Specialist

Travelfusion is seeking a Technical Analyst to support API integrations, onboard new clients technically, and audit existing clients for API standards. You will work with Engineering, Product, Commercial and external partners to ensure our integration platform delivers a world-class experience.

The role emphasises a mix of customer engagement, service management, and technical understanding with XML and API expertise. Collaboration across teams is key.
