Responsibilities

• manage telecoms and general real estate disputes for a diverse client base
• run your own cases independently
• work with senior leaders on complex matters
• handle a varied caseload including telecoms disputes and landlord/tenant issues
• contribute to growth of the practice and client relationships

Key requirements

• ideally 5+ PQE
• Bristol base preferred, flexible to other offices
• telecoms sector experience and Telecommunications Code knowledge advantageous
• ability to manage own cases and handle challenging matters
• experience in high-value disputes (real estate litigation)
