Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of internal JPM fund mandates and lifecycle events, coordinating across global teams to deliver a seamless client experience. You will partner with investment desks, product development, compliance, and operations to scope, plan, and execute onboarding projects. Your work will balance client service excellence with risk-aware controls and process improvement. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how JPM supports new fund launches and client journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage onboarding for internal JPM fund mandates (ETFs, SICAVS, OEICs, Global Unit Trusts) and lifecycle events (mergers, liquidations, closures, in-species, custody changes)
  • Act as primary contact for working group stakeholders during end-to-end onboarding
  • Lead onboarding initiatives and coordinate until funding
  • Lead internal stakeholder meetings to ensure timely, scoped delivery and strong client service
  • Complete and maintain event docs (checklists, account openings, product specs, project plans) and perform control checkpoints and authorizations
  • Collaborate across internal teams to leverage expertise, lead NBIA initiatives
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and identify/mitigate risks
  • Support global onboarding teams to develop best practices and improve processes for client experience
  • Identify process improvements and drive consistency across onboarding delivery
