Lead Retail Assistant Store Manager – Growth & KPIs

The Lowry, Manchester store within Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on role balances leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure the store performs to standard.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and will contribute to achieving KPI targets while delivering excellent service.
