Lead Engineer, Next-Gen Compute Service

Citigroup seeks a Lead Engineer to head the XiP Compute Service (XCS 2) team, driving design, build, and maintenance of a Greenfield engine for Citi’s XiNG Platform. The role spans Java and Python with deep experience in at least one language.

You will collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and customers to define technical strategy and ensure secure, scalable operations for a high-throughput platform handling billions of calculations daily and expanding to new workloads.
