We are looking for anexperienced Dayforce HCM Migration TechnicalLead to switch from old on-premise HR systems toDayforce (a modern cloud platform) for a new Payments business.Guide the technical design, manage external delivery partners, andensure the system goes live by the end of2027.

Designthe System: Plan a simple, effective Dayforce setupthat meets businessneeds.
DirectPartners: Review, guide, and challenge the work ofoutside techvendors.
SuperviseData Moves: Ensure old HR and payroll data istransferred accurately to the newsystem.
BuildIntegrations: Link Dayforce smoothly to Finance,Benefits, Identity, and Datatools.
Collaborate:Work closely with internal HR, Tech teams (including Barclayscolleagues), and externalpartners.
ManageRisks: Catch technical problems early and make quickdecisions to keep the 2027 launch ontrack.
