Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English within a secondary school
Strong subject knowledge across KS3 to KS5
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to raising student attainment and achievement
Ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
Plan lessons that engage, challenge and support students
Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
Contribute positively to the English department
Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
Support the wider ethos and development of the school
