Finance Business Partner — Property Growth & Autonomy

Michael Page represents a privately owned property development and management group. They seek a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to own service charge accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting across a growing portfolio.

You will partner with property and operational teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making. The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong FP&A/management accounting experience, and advanced Excel with Power BI advantageous.
