Job Description:
Michael Page is seeking an experienced Strategic People Partner for a fixed-term contract based in Preston, with hybrid working (2-3 days on site). You will partner with senior leaders to shape organisational design, workforce planning and change management, delivering strategic people initiatives across a large, multi-site operation.
You will lead complex employee relations, influence leaders and work with unions, driving business-critical change and ensuring delivery of long-term strategies.
