What You’ll Do
As aProject Manager,you’ll play a crucial role in managing agile projects using an iterative approach to delivery.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Yourworkmayinclude:
- Project management- The ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management.
- Ability to operate in highly complex delivery and commercial environments. Managing delivery fluidity in strict commercial models.
- Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources.
- Foster open communication across teams to identify cross-team development dependencies and risks early on.
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies and applying them in separate situations (e.g. APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo, Scrum).
- Problem solving- The ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate.
- Commercial awareness- Providing contract management, supplier management and cross organisations dependencies.

WhatWe’reLookingFor
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields preferred or equivalent experience.
- Relevantcertifications(e.g.,APMP,Prince2,AgileCertification)
- Strongprojectmanagement,riskmanagement,andprocurementmanagementskills.
- FamiliaritywiththeScrum,ShapeUpandKanbanprofilesandmethodologies.
- Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
Just as important are curiosity, strong problem solving ability, and the motivation to continuously improve how technology is designed and delivered.
