Business Development Manager – Debt Recovery, Litigation & Enforcement

We are part of the Direct Group, a leading UK provider of debt recovery and legal enforcement services. Through DCBL and DCB Legal we provide an end-to-end solution covering pre-legal collections, litigation and enforcement.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across both brands.
The Role
A target-driven, revenue-focused position responsible for generating and converting new business across debt recovery, litigation and enforcement services.
You will engage with businesses facing cash-flow challenges and provide tailored solutions that improve recoveries and reduce internal workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new B2B/B2C business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with Finance Directors, Credit Controllers and Business Owners
- Develop client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion and revenue targets
- Ensure smooth client onboarding with internal teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline and performance records through CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B/B2C business development or sales experience
- Strong lead generation and conversion skills
- Commercially focused with an understanding of revenue and ROI
- Confident dealing with senior decision‑makers
- Target-driven, resilient and highly motivated
Desirable: Experience in debt recovery, legal or financial services, performance/commission-based sales, or litigation and enforcement.
