Head of Quality (Manufacturing)

In this role you will be split between managing and hands‑on duties, primarily covering a local site with travel to other UK and international sites when needed. You will handle supplier RCAs, prepare annual budgets, and be responsible for maintaining the company’s QMS, reporting directly to the UK Head of Operations.

The Role:
- Responsible for the UK’s QMS maintenance and development
- Handle supplier reports, train line managers, and report to the UK Head of Operations
- Travel to other UK and overseas offices when needed
The Person:
- Quality Manager / Head of Quality or similar
- Manufacturing background
- Experience with RCA and cost analysis
