Senior RF IC Layout Engineer CMOS/SOI

Qorvo in Reading, Berkshire invites a Staff IC Layout Engineer to join our RF/analog/microwave layout team. You will lead layout of RF and microwave ICs, perform floor planning, and verify designs with LVS/DRC, collaborating with RF IC design engineers, foundry and manufacturing.

Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of related experience, solid RF/Microwave layout background, knowledge of CMOS/SOI processes, and proficiency with Cadence CAD tools.
