Global Equity Programs Lead

Endava is seeking a Share Plan Manager to lead the governance, administration and continuous improvement of global employee share plans. You will oversee all plan activity, ensure compliance, and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders across Total Rewards, Finance, Tax and Legal.

The role requires strong leadership, governance acumen and the ability to translate complex concepts into business recommendations for executives and the Board. Hybrid work arrangements are available within the UK.
