Join Our Team We are looking for an organised and proactive Team Support Administrator to provide vital administrative support across our Missing from Home Team and Multi-Agency Child Exploitation Team. This role plays a key part in ensuring safeguarding information is managed efficiently, enabling frontline practitioners to focus on delivering direct support to children and young people. About the Role You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that support the effective operation of safeguarding services. The Monday 7:00am start is essential to ensure weekend notifications are processed and available for teams at the beginning of the working day/week. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, matching and uploading missing and found notifications onto Liquidlogic.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating team tracking systems.
  • Liaising with Staffordshire Police Missing Persons Team to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitoring missing episode thresholds and notifying relevant teams when Missing Intervention Meetings are required.
  • Maintaining daily missing children updates for senior leaders, including safeguarding and intervention activity.
  • Compiling, distributing and saving notes from meetings, including MACE, Risk Management and daily briefing meetings.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas.
  • Inputting and collating data for reporting purposes.
  • Updating individual case records and shared workspaces.
  • Chasing and filing key documentation, including risk assessments and supporting paperwork.
  • Following up on actions and responding to queries relating to MACE processes.
  • Providing wider administrative support to safeguarding teams during quieter periods., This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting safeguarding services and helping ensure children and young people receive timely and effective support. Your work behind the scenes will make a real difference to the delivery of frontline services.   • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.
  • Experienced in administrative support and record management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
