Finance Manager: Client Accounting & Property Lead

Alexander Daniels Finance is seeking a Finance Manager in Birmingham to own the finance and client accounting function for a busy residential property’s portfolio. You will lead client money activity, reconciliations, VAT, payments, and robust financial controls while partnering with landlords and tenants.

You’ll oversee end-to-end accounting processes, produce forecasts and reports, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role offers autonomy and ownership.
