Assistant Resident Services Manager – Build-to-Rent Ops Lead

North East London is hosting an Assistant Resident Services Manager role within a Build to Rent development. You will support the Senior RSM, manage the Resident Services Associate team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on resident experience.

You will oversee voids, tenancy ends, inspections, contractor liaison, and respond to enquiries and complaints, while tracking KPIs and maintaining safety across communal areas. This role includes weekly reporting and team mentorship.
