UX/UI Designer

We’re working with a small but ambitious early-stage AI start-up that’s quietly building something very different in the web space.

They’re looking for a Design Engineer to help turn ambitious ideas into beautiful, interactive, user-facing experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering, blending craft with creativity to shape how modern web experiences should feel — fluid, intelligent, and deeply personalised.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with the founding team to bring designs, prototypes, and new UX patterns to life
• Building out the front-end of a novel platform — one that dynamically adapts content to users in real time
• Helping define reusable design systems and UI frameworks for both end-users and content creators
• Obsessing over interactions, animations, and details that bring experiences to life

Ideal Background

• UI/UX expert – Figma guru
• Comfort working closely with product and design in small teams
• An eye for detail and passion for polished, intuitive interfaces
• Graphics, Creative Tech or Computer Science degree or similar
• Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Motion, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Figma, and Slack
