Operating Model Consultant – Defence & Security / Public Sector

Overview

In this role you will help design strategies, operating structures and solutions for defence and public sector clients. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to address complex challenges and deliver projects from strategic design to programme coherence. You’ll communicate recommendations clearly to clients, including at C-suite level, and contribute to building healthier, secure, and sustainable societies. This is a client‑facing, impact‑driven role that blends analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies, operating structures and solutions for clients
• Lead or contribute to strategic design, business analysis and organisational design
• Define programmes and ensure design coherence across initiatives
• Work in blended, cross‑functional teams with experts across PA
• Engage with clients and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support growth and evolution of the team through participatory leadership
