Business Change Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme, driving change across people, processes and technology. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, complex organisation undergoing significant business transformation and play a key role in ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to develop and deliver change strategies, build engagement, and ensure colleagues are equipped to adopt new ways of working. You’ll be instrumental in embedding lasting change and delivering tangible business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate business change activities across transformation programmes.
- Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Drive business readiness, adoption and user engagement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Support learning, communication and transition activities to ensure successful implementation.
About You
- Proven experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience applying recognised change management methodologies.
- Comfortable operating within complex, highly regulated environments.
- Passion for driving successful change and continuous improvement.
