Head of Creator Engine — Remote

Exhale Healthy Coffee is hiring a Head of Creator to own and scale our creator engine, unifying paid and organic content through external creators and internal strategists. This fully remote role centers on people, performance, and storytelling.

You will source, brief, and manage creators, set testing loops, and ensure content converts across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The position offers a salary of £55k–£90k plus bonus/equity, with remote-friendly policies and team trips to Portugal.
