Change Analyst – Bristol – £400 per day Inside IR35 – 6 months – 3 days a week onsite
My colsultancy client is looking for an experienced Change Analyst. This is a hands-on change role, requiring someone who can engage effectively with staff and managers at all levels and help translate change plans into successful implementation.
Key responsibilities:
Support delivery of implementation plans
Build relationships and drive staff engagement throughout the programme
Work closely with line managers and stakeholders at all levels
Support communications, process mapping and staff upskilling
Identify, manage and elevate risks and issues
Identify inefficiencies and improvements, implementing new processes where required
Provide regular reporting on implementation progress
Essential experience:
Strong previous experience in Change Analyst/Change Management roles
Significant Public Sector experience is essential
Experience delivering organisational or structural change
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience managing change risks, issues and dependencies
YOU MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
