Disrepair & Litigation Lead – Social Housing

WPS in Minworth, Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Disrepair & Litigation Supervisor to manage cases from notification through resolution, supporting repairs, disrepair works and reinstatement across social housing contracts. This is a key operational role with ownership from inception through to sign-off.

You will lead the DLO and external contractors, supervise safety, quality, budgets, and stakeholder communications with clients, residents, legal teams, surveyors, and operations.
