Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join a 34‑bed Medical/Surgical unit, delivering professional nursing care and coordinating planning with multidisciplinary teams.

BSN preferred; RN license in NH or another compact state; BCLS required. The unit offers a 3–4 day average stay with 5:1 day ratios and 6:1 nights. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and a competitive benefits package.
