HGV Class 1 Driver – Preston Area
Blue Arrow is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers with a minimum of 6 month’s Class 1 driving experience for our client based in the Preston area.
The Role
Start time: 09: 00 am
Assisting with the loading of your vehicles at the start of the shift
Delivering goods to various customer sites
Assisting with unloading at delivery locations
Using a handheld scanning device to record deliveries and collections
Representing the client professionally and providing excellent customer service
Pay Rates
19.08 per hour for the first 40 hours worked per week
27.26 per hour for all hours worked over 40 hours
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) License
Minimum 6 month’s HGV Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
In-date Digital Tachograph Card
Good communication skills
Ability to assist with loading and unloading duties
