In-Home Reablement Care Worker

Stockport Council REaCH Service seeks a friendly Reablement Support Worker to help people regain independence in their own homes. You will work 28-35 hours per week with flexibility, receive comprehensive induction and training, and benefit from generous mileage and a supportive team.

Roles involve travel between homes and occasional weekend work. Applicants should be caring, patient and communicative, with a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
