Senior/Lead Frontend Developer

Senior / Lead Frontend Developer – 3 month initial contract – £550 – £600 per day to umbrella – London – hybrid

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. The Senior Frontend Developer will bring expertise in React and Next.js and will have a passion for building scalable user interfaces.

We are looking for a hands on developer who will contribute towards/own frontend architecture designs and quality code standards. You will design, develop and maintain high quality frontend features using React and Next.js.

React / Next.js / JavaScript / TypeScript / App Router / Server / Rendering / Turbopack / Architecture

Experience:

• Strong professional experience building applications with React and Next.js (ideally React 19 features and Next.js 15 – including partial prerendering, enhanced app router and turbopack bundler)
• Solid understanding of server side rendering, static site generation and the Next,js App router
• Experience with multitenant platform architecture
• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and eCommerce frameworks.
