SEN Support Officer: Interventions & TA Lead

Melior Community Academy in Scunthorpe is seeking a SEN Support Officer to provide admin support for the SENCO, track interventions and drive pupil progress. You will coordinate Teaching Assistants to support students and ensure efficient use of resources across the academy.

The role includes delivering bespoke intervention packages to pupils with SEND to remove barriers to learning and help each student realise their potential. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the academy.
