Senior Social Worker — Community Mental Health & Impact

Dorset Council is recruiting dynamic Social Workers for community mental health teams across Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester and North Dorset. You will conduct strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to promote independence and recovery.
