JANUS et Cie, the global leader in luxury outdoor furniture, is seeking a Residential Sales Associate for our London Showroom. This role is ideal for someone gracious under pressure, detail-obsessed, and energized by clients who appreciate exceptional design.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients, by phone and on the showroom floor
• Build a book of business from walk-in clientele and identify creative ways to find new leads
• Pre-qualify inbound inquiries and nurture them into opportunities
• Prepare sales quotes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate paperwork
• Support Marketing with mailings and e-blasts, and help coordinate showroom events
• Maintain showroom samples, literature, price lists, and overall presentation

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of office administration experience
• Polished phone and in-person presence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive approach to supporting the sales team

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
