Customer Service Host – Flexible Hours

Tenpin Northampton is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an exceptional guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries and identifying sales opportunities. You will host events, serve food and drinks, and ensure the centre remains clean, welcoming and smoothly run.

You’ll work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms, and help host children’s parties.
