Community Engagement Coordinator: Volunteers & Outreach

WERS in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting up to two Community Engagement Officers to help recruit, support and coordinate volunteers; organise and deliver community activities and projects; and provide personalised guidance to clients to help them access opportunities and rebuild their lives in the region.

This 22.5-hour per week role is fixed term for 12 months, starting November 2026, with a salary of £16,393 per year for 22.5 hours (£25,500 FTE) and travel across the North East as needed.
