Maintenance Surveyor – Bristol & Exeter: Inspect, Plan & Improve

Clarion Housing Group seeks a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Bristol, Exeter and surrounding areas. You will conduct pre/post-inspections, inspect voids and cyclical repairs, and engage with customers, leaseholders, and stakeholders to ensure works meet quality and KPI targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of RICS or CIOB. Travel across the region is necessary; site-based role with UK work eligibility.
