The role:

• SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils across the whole school
• Working with children across a range of year groups and needs
• Providing classroom support, targeted interventions, and additional assistance where required
• Collaborating with class teachers and the SEND team to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience supporting children with SEND
• Be flexible and confident working across different age groups
• Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
