Energy Insights Lead – Market Research (13m FTC, Leeds)

ENGIE POWER LIMITED is seeking an Insights & Research Lead for a 13-month FTC in Leeds. You will oversee end-to-end insight projects, shape annual research programmes, and manage metrics such as NPS and Customer Experience to drive strategic decisions and business growth.

You will engage executives, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection to ensure compliant research practices.
