Repairs & Maintenance Lead — Hybrid (Public Sector)

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager for a London Local Authority on an interim basis. The role leads responsive and planned maintenance across a diverse corporate property portfolio, reporting to the Head of Compliance, Maintenance and Facilities Management.

The ideal candidate will manage a £3m portfolio, lead an in-house team and external contractors, and ensure buildings are safe and compliant. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office is offered.
