Team Leader – Meds & Care, Shift Lead (Nursing Home)

Redwood Health Care Ltd’s Brookdale Nursing Home in Kidderminster is seeking a Team Leader/Senior Care Assistant (Meds) to supervise shifts and ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will administer and record medications (eMAR), mentor carers, and liaise with families and GPs, with Enhanced DBS required and on-site parking.
