Baseline & Change Lead — Strategic Project Controls

KBR is seeking a Baseline and Change Lead to join the Project Controls team in Warrington. The role involves maintaining project baselines and leading change management across scope, schedule and cost. You will coordinate monthly Change Committee meetings and deliver high-quality reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, you will support Senior Project Managers and Commercial teams, drive governance compliance and contribute to continuous improvement across project controls.
