Youth Work Development Lead: Build Skills & Communities

Wiltshire Council’s Young People Service is seeking two Youth Work Development Leads to shape youth work opportunities across Wiltshire. You will deliver Level 1–2 qualifications and partner with VCSE organisations to strengthen relationships and increase youth participation.

We value candidates with youth work, education or community development experience and a relevant degree. This role includes safeguarding responsibilities and a hybrid working pattern.
