Coventry City Council’s Social Work Academy within Children’s Services is offering a role that blends hands-on practice with leadership and development responsibilities. You will guide Newly Qualified Social Workers and help them grow in their practice while supporting service and professional development.

Working with the Team Manager and Senior Practitioners, you will mentor the NQSW team and shape future practice. All candidates must have Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.
