Technical Director | Remote UK Game Studio Lead

Flix Interactive is seeking a Technical Director to define and lead our studio’s technical strategy, architecture, and capability. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement to guide complex decisions and ensure scalable, performant game development.

Responsibilities include shaping technical vision, architecture across tools, rendering, and integrations, driving automation and R&D, and mentoring engineering teams while collaborating with production and stakeholders.
