Commercial Development Lead (QS) for Care Home Projects

Excelcare is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with Development Manager experience to support an active development programme including refurbishment and new-build care facilities. You will lead commercial delivery from land acquisition through handover, combining development management with strong QS skills.

You will act as EA/QS in construction, manage tenders, cost plans and procurement, and coordinate external consultants.
