Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Coach & Assessor

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified assessor/trainer to manage a caseload of apprentices and employer-based learners in residential childcare. You will train, coach and assess to achieve apprenticeship standards while ensuring high-quality delivery and timely progression.

You will plan with employers, deliver inductions, monitor off‑the‑job training, and maintain accurate records, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, health and safety, and equality.
