Stakeholder Engagement Lead – London Infrastructure

Bechtel is expanding its UK Aviation capability in the Southeast and seeks a seasoned DCO Engagement & Consultation Manager to lead stakeholder engagement for the Heathrow West Development Consent Order programme in London.

The role ensures statutory consultations align with project objectives, the Planning Act 2008, and Bechtel governance while integrating with engineering, environmental and land workstreams. UK-based travel across Greater London is expected.
