Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager (Nurse)

Barchester is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy Manager (Clinical) who will travel across the region to lead and develop teams in several care homes, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery. You will work with the General Manager to implement action plans and drive resident outcomes.

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching or supervision qualification.
