Associate Director, Water Civil Engineering – Lead Projects

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an Associate Director / Technical Director in Civil Engineering (Water) to lead a portfolio of river engineering, flood alleviation, drainage and water infrastructure projects across the UK, providing technical leadership and client focus.

The role covers optioneering to detailed design, managing budgets and risks, mentoring engineers, and contributing to growth with a strong emphasis on health and safety and quality. Hybrid UK working is available.
