Senior Process Development Lead for NPD & Launch

Greencore Bow is seeking a driven NPD/PD project professional to lead fast-moving development of new products from concept through launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to meet timing, quality and financial targets.

The role covers project management of PD activity, customer insight, concept testing, feasibility and coaching the team to deliver on schedule. A food-related degree is preferred, with experience in food manufacturing.
