Graduate Technical Engineer

Graduate Technical Engineer, Cookstown

We are working with a specialist design and manufacturer of products for the construction industry to recruit for their new Technical Engineer who will work on a variety of projects.

• Provide technical support and engineering solutions, preparing accurate technical quotations for customers
• Key duties include completing load assessments, structural calculations, and lintel calculations for building control approval
• Recommend standard and bespoke lintel solutions for specific construction projects.
• Customer support by phone/email, occasional site or office visits, and preparing technical reports

What we are looking for.

• Degree educated, ideally within a construction / design related discipline and some experience (placement, intern or postgraduate) in a design role
• Confident IT skills
• Sound communication skills
